One RS shows 2 circles? Set that view's Lens to dual-fisheye to stitch one 360 image, then use sphere/cylinder. Use a full 2:1 panorama for 360° projections. Depth and normals are visual estimates, not measurements.

Connecting Insta360 + Osmo Pocket

Connect each camera with a USB data cable, power on, and select Webcam Mode (Insta360 One RS) / UVC webcam (Osmo Pocket 3: rear screen swipe or settings). Then press Detect cameras. With MacBook + 2 externals, View A/B/C take the three devices automatically — change manually if swapped.

X4/X5 panoramic webcam mode uses one 2880 × 1440 stream. Select the Insta360 capture preset and Full image for a sphere or cylinder. One RS 360 lens outputs 2 unstitched circles: set that view's Lens to dual-fisheye and the app stitches one 360 image for the sphere. Osmo Pocket: use the Osmo / Link 4K preset and Full image for sharpest depth.
